Dorothy Filioti

Research and Project Officer

Dorothy grew up in Athens but went on to study at Boston University (USA) where she completed a BA in Biological Anthropology before furthering her studies with an MA in Economics for Transition at Schumacher College.

Since university, Dorothy has co-founded a hemp cooperative and has worked in a microbiology lab at Athens University, researching soil microbes.

Dorothy now lives on Paros, Greece where she joined the Clean Blue Paros team as a researcher and project officer - assisting with the operation of projects on safe tap water, Covid-19 protocols, reusables and tote bag workshops.

Dorothy is committed to developing a deep understanding of her local community, helping on regenerative land projects, crafting, eating, and dancing.
