Our team

Charlotte has many years of strategic leadership experience in not-for-profit organisations across conservation, marine science and education. She spent two years as our Operations Director, before stepping into the role of Managing Director to lead our lead in working to tackle plastic pollution.

Living by the sea, and often found on or around the water, Charlotte is passionate about the marine environment and is a trustee of the Ocean Conservation Trust. As a Chartered Accountant, holding a doctorate in Biochemistry from Oxford University, she combines strong commercial and scientific expertise with her leadership approach.
