Jiawei’s career has consistently bridged education, sustainability, and international collaboration. She holds an MSc in Sustainability and an MPhil in Education, equipping her with a solid foundation for addressing environmental challenges through education. Prior to joining Common Seas, she contributed to various sustainability initiatives, education groups, and international organisations. Jiawei thrives in multicultural environments and has a wealth of experience working and studying across many different countries.

Born and raised in a vibrant seaside city, Jiawei’s deep connection to the ocean has fueled her passion for creating a sustainable future. She joined Common Seas out of a firm belief that education is the key to driving change and fostering a more sustainable planet.
