Carla Tanaka Dupuis

Carla brings 10 years’ experience from a range of previous roles in sales, marketing, business development, research and strategy in the multicultural global environment – most recently InVivo Group (Neovia/ADM) and Diana Group (Symrise). Fluent in six languages, Carla is a qualified vet, graduating at Sao Paulo State University (UNESP, Brazil). She also specialises in clinical nutrition and holds an MBA in Business Management.

Throughout her varied career, Carla has always brought her concern for sustainability to her work. She is determined to improve the health of the planet her children will inherit - delivering better strategic decisions, investing in green opportunities, improving operational efficiencies, stimulating research and helping develop leadership. She has felt a deep connection with the ocean since her first scuba dive in Okinawa, Japan, aged 12 – and, to this day, remains passionate about the ocean and the creatures who call it home.
