His most notable working experience was working in one of largest gold mining company in the world before he ventured to serve indigenous people in Indonesia’s most remote areas, Papua for 8 years. During that time, he was the General Manager at a Coconut Oil Company that helped develop the local economy by empowering the surrounding community while implementing the concept of zero waste.

Seeing that Common Seas’ mission align with his own, Clemen is motivated to work while building positive impact. He strongly believes that timely implementation is as important as great ideas.

As the Research and Production Manager of Common Seas, he aims to ensure that the production of high-quality reusable cloth diapers is achieved in order to support the mission of reducing the environmental impact of single use plastic in Indonesia.
