Hannah Parris

Research Manager

An accomplished researcher, sustainability expert and policy advisor, Hannah has worked across the sustainability field for almost 20 years in areas as diverse as supply chain sustainability, biodiversity, ocean and fisheries governance, climate change and the green economy. Her PhD thesis on fisheries management in the Western and Central Pacific Ocean – the largest fishery in the world – led to a deep love for the oceans and an ongoing passion for turning brilliant ideas into effective campaigns that make a real difference.

As Research Manager, Hannah is responsible for designing and leading the policy research and evaluation process that drives Common Seas' work for the Commonwealth Clean Seas Alliance. Hannah has a Masters Degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a PhD from The Australian National University.
