Tom Usher

Tom has spent the last 20 years delivering operational projects and leading change, most recently in an international business consultancy based in London, specialising in financial turnaround and previously in the Army where he spent 11 years' operating in Asia and the UK. In 2021 he was part of the team that set up Devon’s Covid-19 mass-vaccination centres.

His role at Common Seas is to lead the finance, international operations, HR and Project Management functions in support of the CEO.

Tom’s love of the sea comes from long summers spent on the South Devon Coast, near to where he now lives.
